Why the name, Millennial? The short answer: it started as a joke and stuck. Millennial Eye Care was born out of Dr. Hayley Williams' desire to have her own business and create a fun, memorable experience for each of her patients. Her affinity for eyeballs and teaching ensures every patient learns something unique about their vision during their exam.

Optometrist Hayley Williams obtained her Bachelor of Science in Life Science and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, TX. In her final year, she completed rotations at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, NC and at a Vision Therapy/Pediatrics rotation in Oklahoma City, OK. She spent 2.5 years as a clinical preceptor for 'student doctors of tomorrow' in Austin, TX before moving to Wichita to be closer to family.

When Dr. Williams isn’t caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jesse, their two daughters, and their dog, Margo. She is also an active volunteer with the Junior League of Wichita. In her free time, Dr. Williams loves reading, listening to music, and hunting for hidden gems at antique stores.​​
